Hospital Food

Not the most exciting subject, but as we are having a holiday among hospitals, it is an interesting one for us. Georgetown's cuisine seems to win out over the Children's Hospital fare in Washington, DC. Just a simple look at one of our favorite's - broccoli shows us that the chefs assigned to Children's know how to boil it to bits, while the Georgetown cooks know that there is benefit in leaving some structure to the stalk and not sending a nice flower beyond it's natural green. We're anxious to get on to better dining establishments.
